DIY Calm Down Bottle Refills: Refreshing the contents of the jar is up to the user's discretion however, we recommend emptying and refilling every few months. 

Glo Pal Sensory Play Jar: Hand wash ONLY with soap and water. Please keep the battery compartment dry and do not submerge your Jar in water.

Glo Pal Cube Blair: Dry after each use to conserve battery life. Each cube should last around 16 lighted hours.
