    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    Orders are usually dispatched by the next business day. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer - we’ll let you know if this is the case. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at orders@jellystonedesigns.com.auOrders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days unless there is a sale, special event or holiday period.

    For Australian standard shipping, please allow 3-15 business days for delivery. You will be sent an email with tracking so you can keep an eye on your order. We ship our orders using Australia Post, TNT and private couriers and are able to send to PO Boxes. Once dispatched, we do not take responsibility for packages lost or misplaced in transit. We recommend contacting the courier if you have concerns regarding the status of your order.

    We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders with a total cost over $60 within Australia.

    Orders below $60:

    • Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
    • Express Shipping: $12.00 AUD

    Orders above $60:

      • Standard Shipping: FREE
      • Express Shipping $5 AUD

      Jellystone Designs reserves the right to change/alter shipping prices due to promotional activities. 

        International Orders

        International shipping rates are dependent on the country and sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for delivery. Please note that your destination may have taxes and/or duties for goods shipped to you.  These charges are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or returned by www.jellystonedesigns.com.au. Best to contact your local postal service if you have any queries on additional charges into your country.  

         

        Returns & Refunds

        If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day exchange from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at support@jellystonedesigns.com.au within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

        For any faulty or damaged products (caused by manufacturer error), we will offer a replacement item or refund to the value of the product. 

        For change of mind, you will be offered a store credit or refund to the purchase value of the product.  You must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition.  

        For wholesale customers, please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have a query or concern about your order. 

        You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
