Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders with a total cost over $60 within Australia.

Orders are usually dispatched by the next business day. If goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer - we’ll let you know if this is the case. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at  For Australian standard shipping, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. You will be sent an email with tracking so you can keep an eye on your order. We ship our orders using Australia Post or Sendle with standard or Express Shipping and are able to send to PO Boxes. Once dispatched, we do not take responsibility for packages lost or misplaced in transit. We recommend contacting the courier if you have concerns regarding the status of your order. 

Our orders are generally dispatched within the next business day unless there is a sale or special event. 

Australian retail orders below $60 are shipped at a flat standard shipping rate of $9.95. Express Post services are available to purchase for $12.00 or an additional $5 if the order is over $60. However, we reserve the right to change/alter shipping prices due to promotional activities. 

International retail orders 

International retail orders are charged at a flat rate of $20 and sent through Australia Post. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for delivery. Please note that your destination may have taxes and/or duties for goods shipped to you.  These charges are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or returned by Best to contact your local postal service if you have any queries on additional charges into your country. 

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day exchange from the time you receive the goods. For change of mind, you will be offered a store credit to the purchase value of the product.  You must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition.  

Please email us at within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

For wholesale customers, please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have a query or concern about your order. 

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
