ORDER PICKER + PACKER

THE INTENTION OF THIS ROLE

Our small business has been growing and we need help with packing orders so we love Monday mornings again and are getting our products out to our customers ASAP.

  • Not afraid of some heavy lifting (15kgs max)

WHAT THEY’LL DO 

  • Login to our ecommerce platform and check all the orders
  • Pick and pack the direct to consumer orders as well as our wholesale orders
  • Create shipping labels and book collection with Australia Post and courier companies
  • Assemble some products as required
  • Maintain a high level of order and cleanliness throughout our warehouse

HOW THE ROLE WORKS

Our officer is based in Peakhurst, Sydney. The days and hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am - 2pm. 

The hourly rate is $25

MARKETING STRATEGIST + COORDINATOR 

THE INTENTION OF THIS ROLE

To create a big picture marketing plan for Jellystone Designs and coordinate the execution. Ensure the different arms of the business are seamlessly working together and our communications and marketing collateral is  first class.

  • Empathetic to our target audiences 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Mature & level-headed approach
  • Happy to ask questions
  • Experience in product based business - but not essential
  • Experience with a variety of sales channels from direct to consumer, stockists and overseas distributors

WHAT THEY’LL DO 

  • Create a detailed marketing plan  with a macro and micro overview
  • Build company  brand awareness and reach
  • Review existing communications and marketing collateral and implement improvements and additional resources
  • Liaise with graphic designer, web developer, photographer, overseas distributors, sales reps, stockist, influencers etc
  • Coordinate product launches
  • Coordinate team meetings and planning sessions

 HOW THE ROLE WORKS

We have an office and warehouse in Peakhurst, Sydney where you are welcome to work from. This is optional though and working remotely is completely fine. 

We estimate the hours for this role to be approx. 8 - 10 hours per week, keeping in mind the first month or so may be more as there is much to do to get started.

You will be supported directly by our Marketing Intern (paid role) who works 2 days / week.

The hourly rate is $65.

You will need an ABN to invoice me each fortnight for hours worked over the previous fortnight
